Davenport Engineering, Inc. recognizes the value of training and continued learning for its employees. As an entire staff, the company meets monthly to discuss new and emerging environmental regulations. More in depth training on one or more environmental topics is also scheduled on a monthly basis.
It may be necessary for employees to attend outside training programs, seminars, conferences, lectures, meetings, or other activities for the benefit of the company and/or the individual employees. Attendance at such activities is considered on a case-by-case basis, and may be requested by the company or the employee.
